kamiCode provides maintenance and support services freeing you from maintaining expensive in-house support staff. We partner with our clients to help their online business running smoothly and error-free.
kamiCode provides a comprehensive set of maintenance and support services depending on your business needs: 
- On-going Support (bug fixing, problems analysis and resolution, on-call support)
- Adaptive Enhancements (modifications to support business or technical requirements' changes)
- Perfective Upgrades (new functionality/features)
- Technical Improvement (optimization restructuring/rewriting)
For each project undertaken by kamiCode we provide a free warrantee period to ensure stable and uninterrupted work of your system.
kamiCode Support will fix, enhance, or manage your existing website as a professional, experienced and friendly team is!
Your business success is important to us. We want to establish long lasting relationships by delivering superior levels of service. So, whether you need us for 1 hour every few months, or for 10 hours per month, we will look after you properly.
Web Site Maintenance Policy
- We have a turnaround time of three working days(except for holidays and weekends).
- Although we make every effort to make accurate changes, it is the client's responsibility to review updates and notify us of any necessary changes that need to be made. We do not charge for changes that are our fault. However, if a change needs to be made due to client error, the regular hourly update fees will be charged.
- "Maintenance" is defined as keeping the web site current. It is not intended to be a redesign or revamp. We reserve the right to distinguish between "updates" and "new design".
Support and Maintenance bank of hours
The hourly based packages can be personalized in order to suit your needs.
(The hourly packages can be distributed to the whole month. Unused Monthly hours may not carry over for next month.)
The process itself may contain website modifications on a user or administrative level, layout changes, background changes, article rewritings, revisions and server testing. It is done by our programmers that are usually in a team dedicated to help maintain websites.
Our Web site consultants will help you select a package that's right for your business. Once you have selected a package, we will work with you to gather information for your specific website maintenance requirements. Our bank of hours are only available for existing customers and partners.

Understanding how color works on Web pages
The browser-safe color palette will ensure that most people will see your page and images in the colors you intended.
